By using the My Rendez platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the My Rendez platform.

1. Privacy Policy
   By using My Rendez, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant Greek privacy laws.
2. Intellectual Property
   All content on the My Rendez platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without the express written permission of My Rendez or the respective copyright owner.
3. User Conduct
   By using My Rendez, you agree not to engage in any activities that are offensive, inappropriate, or illegal, including but not limited to posting defamatory, obscene, or harassing content. My Rendez reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in prohibited behavior.
4. No Responsibility for Service Provider Actions
   My Rendez acts as a platform for connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the actions or services provided by any service providers listed on our platform. All service providers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their own services, actions, and interactions with customers. My Rendez does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by service providers.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   a. If a service provider cancels an appointment, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the booking deposit. My Rendez will facilitate the refund process for the customer.
   b. Customers have the right to cancel their appointments up to one week prior to the scheduled appointment in order to receive a refund of their booking deposit. Cancellations made within one week of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, as per the service provider’s cancellation policy.
6. Service Provider Cancellations and Removal from Platform
   a. If a service provider cancels more than two appointments, they may be removed from the My Rendez platform at our discretion. My Rendez reserves the right to terminate the service provider’s access to the platform and remove their listings without prior notice.
   b. My Rendez is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the removal of a service provider from the platform.
7. Consumer Rights
   By using My Rendez, you acknowledge that you are aware of your rights as a consumer under Greek and European Union consumer protection laws, including your right to withdraw from contracts and your right to have complaints addressed.
8. Dispute Resolution
   In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, users may seek mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings as determined by the applicable Greek laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Rendez and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the My Rendez platform or any services provided by service providers.
10. Changes to Terms of Use:My Rendez reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Terms of Use. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greece for the resolution of any legal disputes arising from your use of the My Rendez platform.
